DAY 01. AIRPORT – COLOMBO

Upon arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport, our representative or designated guide will meet, greet and escort you to your vehicle. Transfer to Colombo, and check-in to the hotel. Spend your evening at leisure.

DAY 02. COLOMBO – JAFFNA BY TRAIN

Pack breakfast and check out early in the morning, transfer to Jaffna by TRAIN. Enjoy the mesmerizing sceneries on the way. Reach the untouched Jaffna city, and check-in to the hotel. Jaffna is located in the north of Sri Lanka, which is geographically and culturally much closer to India than to Colombo. Jaffna, with its absorbing mix of colonial charm, vibrant Tamil culture, and surrounding islands offer a number of remote temples, beaches, and various religious and cultural attractions. Visit the great Nallur Kandaswamy Hindu temple, founded in 948. Continuation to the local market passing by the building of the Library of colonial style. We continue to the Jaffna Star Fort, an ancient vestige of the Portuguese and Dutch domination.

DAY 03. JAFFNA CITY TOUR

After breakfast, excursion to tour the Jaffna Peninsula. Visit the Nilavari pond on route. Arrival at Point Pedro, the northernmost city in the country with its port and its long beach. Continuation along the North coast towards Kankasanthurai to see its port, the Fort and the lighthouse. Lunch at a local restaurant. Continuation to Keerimalai where we will visit the Hindu temple and the sacred pond, by the sea. On route to the Jaffna city, visit the Kantharodai stupas.

DAY 04. JAFFNA – TRINCOMALEE

Check out after breakfast, and continue to Trincomalee. Visit the ancient Koneswaran Ramayana temple, which is located on a cliff with excellent views. Located in a large natural bay, the port is of great importance for the development of maritime trade and is a strategic enclave on all sea routes from West to East. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the evening, relax on the Beach.

DAY 05. TRINCOMALEE – WATER SPORTS & ACTIVITIES

Leisurely at the beach hotel. Meantime, you can do Snorkeling at Pigeon Island, Whale watching (Seasonal), Fishing, Jet Ski, and other Water sports.

DAY 06. TRINCOMALEE – POLONNARUWA – HIRIWADUNNA – SIGIRIYA

Check out after breakfast, and travel to Polonnaruwa Ancient City. This is the second largest city which is one of the best planned archaeological relic sites across the country, standing as evidence of the greatness and discipline of the first rulers of Polonnaruwa. UNESCO declared Polonnaruwa as a World Heritage site, thereby making it a popular tourist attraction in Sri Lanka.

On completion, travel to Hiriwadunna to experience a typical village life. Tour starts with a Bullock cart ride and you will be taken to the famous lake of the village. There you will experience a scenic boat ride with a hand-made souvenir. After a short walk through paddy fields, and vegetable cultivation, you will reach a typical village-house. You will be received by the family with fresh King coconut cool drink. A delicious Lunch will be served following the local cooking demonstration. On completion, you will be transferred back by Tuk Tuk.

DAY 07. SIGIRIYA – MATALE – KANDY

Check out after breakfast, and discover the Sigirya rock fortress will provide an insight into the art, tradition, and history of Sri Lanka. Along the way, visit miniature water gardens, swimming pools, and boulder gardens. You will also have the opportunity to admire fresco paintings, the 'Lion's Paw' and other ruins at the summit of the rock.

On the way to Kandy, visit Herbal garden in Matale, where you will learn all about the spices and herbs of Sri Lanka and how they are grown and processed. Discover how to use them to their fullest in the spice gardens. You will also get a Free Head massage at the garden.

Continue the drive to Kandy, Lunch at a local restaurant and check in to the hotel. Evening visit to Gem Gallery and enjoy Kandian dance show. On completion, spend your time exploring the local market near Kandy Lake.

DAY 08. KANDY – PINNEWALA – PERADENIYA – KANDY

After breakfast, transfer to Pinnewala Elephant Orphanage which has the largest herd of captive elephants in the world. On completion, return Kandy and visit Peradeniya Botanical Garden. Lunch at a local restaurant and visit Temple of the Buddah's tooth relic. Evening at leisure.

DAY 09. KANDY – RAMBODA – NUWARA ELIYA

Checkout after Breakfast, and drive to Arthur’s Seat viewpoint for a mesmerizing view of the entire Kandy city. Then, we will drive towards Nuwara Eliya, and on route stopover to visit the Bhakta Hanuman Temple, followed by lunch overlooking the Ramboda Falls. On completion, visit a Tea Processing factory and get indulged in the essence of world-famous Ceylon Tea. Reach Nuwara Eliya and check in to the hotel and spend the evening leisurely.

DAY 10. NUWARA ELIYA – RAVANA FALLS – YALA NATIONAL PARK

Checkout after breakfast and continue the trip to Yala. On the way, a quick photo stop at Ravana Waterfalls. Lunch at a local restaurant. Safari in style with an unforgettable adventure through the forests of Yala National Park. You can enjoy a close encounter with the abundance of wildlife who live here. Yala is the most famous National Park of the country.

DAY 11. YALA – GALLE – BENTOTA

Checkout after breakfast and continue the trip to Galle. On the way, a quick stop to witness Stilt Fishing. Continue to Galle and visit the Dutch Fort, and Maritime Museum. Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant. Post lunch, drive to Bentota and on route enjoy a Mangrove boat ride at Madu River and visit Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery. Evening free to enjoy water sports or relax on the beach.

DAY 12. BENTOTA – COLOMBO CITY TOUR – AIRPORT

Check out after breakfast and drive for the city tour of Colombo and Shopping. Visit Galle Face green and if time permits visit Gangaramaya floating temple in the middle of Beira Lake or spend time shopping nearby Pettah Floating Markets. On completion, drive to Airport for the departure.
